    Created New Column of Data in Spreadsheet but NOT picked up when pivot created

    I used a preexisting zip code column's data to create a new column called neighborhood. That column is definitely in the Pivot Table's defined range, but the column header does not show up in my pivot table choices. Do I just have a buggy version of Excel?

    Are there empty columns in your range.

    Than the later columns won't show in your table.
    Notice my main language is not English.
