Auto Adjust Stacked Column Need to Adjust Legend

I borrowed liberally from Andy Pope about how to auto adjust pie charts with a zero value that I found on this site. I modified that file (and drawing from other sources) created an auto adjust stacked column, which I have attached as an example. I want to be able to auto adjust the legend as well. If you put all zeros in the facilities row, the columns adjust but the legend does not. I have been checking around and I am assuming that I need some VBA code, but I don't know how to write that. I have been messing with combination of the auto adjusting offset and dynamic charts, but I have failed miserably.

I hope someone can help me.
