How do i do that?

Here is the attachment i believe
TO be more specific... I need to find the values of each vendors new total and match it with the circuit
Look at the report tab I tabulated most of the requests
Rcm you are amazing. Is there anyway I can ask you what you did to formulate this?
I think the best way is to go table by table.
1.I isolated all providers and vendors by copying each column and applying the duplicate function on the HOME -> DATA button
2. Then I simply summedif (sumif() ) for the applicable values.
3. On the long list , the circuit list, I copied the list and referenced each vendors offer by circuit name with =vlookup(). As a shortcut I used the =indirect() function to reference the tabs' name in the search range of the =vlookup() function
4. I listed alongside the circuit ID the current vendor's name to tally the current vendor mix
5. From the resulting offer by vendor I used the min() function to determine the lowest bid
6. Once the lowest bid was established I used the match() function to determine in which column was the lowest bid, This enabled me to tally the proposed vendor mix.
Mind you that there are non-numerical entries in the bids that should be considered and corrected. Luckily, these strange entries were not considered as lowest bids and thus, not affecting the result.
I left out the graphs but (I would do 2 pies per customer: the current one, and the proposed one) since I believe that the data is sorted out and ready to go in the REPORT TAB tables.
RCM, Can I upload my file and get you to help me with my pivot table. I am trying to show text in the pivot table.
yes sure...
File attached.
I am hoping you can help me edit the pivot table so that the "Y" and "N" print in the table as well as the CSI Satisfaction %.
Thanks.
