Show Text in Pivot Table

I am trying to have text ("Y" and "N" and "X") show in my Pivot Table. Is there a way to display the text instead of the number one?

You must convert the Y/N/X into numerical values then format the pivot table to display it as the desired TEXT result in the VALUES.
