change format of number in vertical axis of chart

I have numbers in vertical axis of charts as follows:
$300,000,000
$250,000,000
$200,000,000
$150,000,000
etc.....

Is there a way to customize so values are (without changing data source):
$300
$250
$200
$150
etc.......
