Complicated Pivot table

Hello,

Please see the attachment and please advise on how to build a pivot table from the shown source data without making any changes to the structure of the source data.

You just need to add a master header to your data page. I added the table for you to review and re-attached your file.
You can finish the other months on the table by right clicking in the pivot table and selecting each month under the values section and changing it to Sum and modifying the number format.
