    pivot table cells format trouble

    dear participants,

anyone faced the problem when collapsing/expanding pivot table rows/columns - text becomes white and can only be read if selecting the cell and change the text colour???

I expand the row data, put a filter etc. and text that is contained in rows turns white...I redo my last step and everything is OK, I can select the column with rows and change the colour but when I go expanding my row data again the same thing happens

    pls advise

    will be very grateful

Instead of applying the formatting to the cells apply it for the Pivot (Fields) which may solve this issue.

great thanks! I just found out that the sheet had conditional formatting settings, and that is why some fields came out "blank"

    thanks a lot anyway!!
