Graph with 2 X- Axis

We need to take a TIDE CURVE - from a 3 column table with Days and Time as the 2 X- Axis, and a third height column as the Y Axis. Chart needs to be a scatter line plot.

Since you wanted this in a XY chart, I think you need to combine your days with your times.
