How do I use a named range as my chart title?

I have a range name that changes and I want to apply this name to the Title above my chart. I would like to use a formula like: =Region?

Did you try to add quotes around the named range
ie.
="Region"

You need to add this to the "formula" bar after you click on the title area

I inserted a text box, clicked inside the chart to create an empty text box. I then typed the equal sign in the formula bar and clicked the cell that contained the named range. This works.
