Date / Time chart

Hi,

Could someone explain how to make a legible chart from the attached data? The time values should be columns against a lateral axis of dates. It's driving me round the bend trying to get a sensible looking chart from this data. What am I doing wrong?!

Format the axes as needed to display the values you want at the intervals you want.
