Data Labels display a value from the spreedsheet

I am trying to do something that I thought would be simple and other people would do the same thing but I can't figure out the right wording to search the net.

The chart is as basic as you can image. I want to display the current amount that I have on hand in one column and yestarday's value right next to it. But I want to add a label above the 2 side-by-side columns that shows the calculated differnce between the 2. So if "Current" has a bar that displays 5 and "Last 24-hr's" column displays 6, above the two should be a -1

    Hello
Maybe if you create a 'Difference Label' series as a line with markers and labels (Above), hide the line and markers and then link those labels to the 'Difference' column. See attached reply.

    Hope this helps.

That's great, it works perfectly, now I just have to figure out how to replicate it, I've never heard of a difference line. Thanks!
