Dynamic Pivot table will not update

Hello

I am hoping someone could help me and show me what I did wrong on my Pivot table/Chart.

On my Workbook I used Union query to join the worksheets together. I also have a VB code to update the table. But for some reason it only worked once. That is when I thought the VB Code would help but it does not.
