Remove zero's from a pivot table

I need to remove zero's from a pivot table and then define some simple stats on the pivot table results. I've tried using the Auto Filter option, which removes them visually but not from calculations. In other words, after using the Auto Filter to remove zero's, I calculate the min value for each column in the pivot table and still get zero for some columns. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Copy paste values of the pivot table into a seprate spreadsheet then highlight all data, do a Ctrl+F Search and Replace entire cell contents of all 0 with nothing

if you have used an autofilter then using SUBTOTAL(5, range) will calculate the MIN for visible cells only

if at first you don't succeed try doing it the way your wife told you to

Put the column with the 0 values in the rapportfilter, and deselect the value 0.

Then you can count all values, without the 0 being involved.
