Show/Filter top values in a pivot table

When adding criteria to the values field in a pivot table, all values are counted and displayed in the pivot table. Because these 'counted' values are an enormous amount, I only want to display the top 5 values per row. Does anyone know how to solve this?

    Thnx in advance!

Perhaps you could post a sample of your workbook illustrating precisely what you would wish to see?

you can apply Top 'N' items to the column field. But this will be based on Grand Total rather than individual rows.
