    Graphing Decreasing Values

I attempting to graph a set of data obtained from a pivot table (and copied onto a blank workbook) where the values do not fill in all the month slots as the sales quarter increase (see attachment for an idea of what I mean). The issue I am running into is that the line for qtr 1 2012 plummets as soon as it reaches a month where there is no data available for it. How can I make it so that this is not an issue for that category? Basically, I just want to show the lines for each category increasing.

How am I able to do that?

Additionally, where are the values along the Y axis coming from?

    Thanks!

    Re: Graphing Decreasing Values

how are you selecting the data - mine does NOT do what you show and the Y axis is different
also as you have 1 to 10 in column B - thats why thats showing in x axis
so you need to select column A separately and not select column B

    see attached

two graphs - one with column A, C,D,E,F,G
