Getting a list of all possible combinations from different fields in a Pivot Table

Hi all,

I currently have a pivot table that shows the count of values, according to three status types:

1. Status
- New
- Open
etc

2. ISA Status
- Not Started
- WiP
etc

3. ABC ISA Status
- Not Assigned
- Complete
etc

Is there a way to query the pivot table and get a list of all the possible combinations of values?

I even want to list the combinations that do not currently have a count.

I have included my example in the attachment (tab 1 for the Pivot, tab 2 for the data).
