Hi there,

I don't know if this is hard, easy or impossible but here goes. Any help is much appreciated

Basically what I require (in the attached example spread sheet) is for someway for any future repayments made by either company which are manually entered in the relevant company sheet to be automatically fed through to the transactions sheet. However I need the transactions sheet to remain compact and only have a one row gap between the last repayment of Atec and the first Line of the Btec company.

Apologies if this is not clear enough but again any help would be appreciated.

You could try using a separate sheet to collate the transactions and a pivot to list the transaction, this way you only nee to add the data as before and then refresh the pivot. as per the attached Transactions.xlsx
