adding new months data to an existing chart

If I have a data table(attached) and I already have existing charts (attached) with NOV's data, how can I easily add the new data for each chart for DEC without having to click on each cell for each month for ON TIME, LATE, OTD %, YTD %?DATA SAMPLE.xlsxGRAPHS Sample.xlsxDATA SAMPLE.xlsxGRAPHS Sample.xlsx
