Pivot Table - How to "add a data column" "of the same field" "across multiple sheets"

Hi All! Thanks in advance! I have multiple pivot tables on multiple sheets, driven from one data source in same workbook.

One of the field is called 'Calendar Week', with numbers 1-52.

As of this week, numbers 1-22 is checked. Next week, number 23 will be checked. Basically rolling forward as the year goes by.

Problem is, I have to do this for 40 sheets, by select sheet > activating the pivot table field view > select field > scroll > increment > ok > next page

Is there one time way of doing this? Macro or otherwise?

One suggestion from my end is that in your source data just keep a separate column saying Status which will have select and deselect as values.

Just drop that Status in your pivot table Report Filter Area and pick "Select" alone.

So whenever you change the select or deselect value in your pivot SOURCE (i.e. in Status Column) by doing a simple refresh the pivot will just populate the required data's.
