Plotting DATA without knowing a specific range

Hello,

I have a column of PT1 data on excel and I have it plotted against time. The data is extracted from a program called deltaV and depending on the start and end time we will have different range of values. I just want to know how to set the chart to read the exactly range of values. Should I use VBA to do that?

You could try using a dynamic named range and have the chart refer to that.

Thank you. I learned how to do it and I did an example in a separate workbook. But now, when I try do to the same thing for my data, the follow message pops up:

The numbers are functions, I cannot even delete them. Do you think that is the problem?

Difficult to tell - are you able to post the workbook itself?

You could also try googling for 'A formula in this worksheet contains invalid reference' as there is a wealth of advice out there.
