I work in a mutual fund and complete statistical chart for share prices. The line chart on several dates shows wrong values. I examined the chart's options and everything seems to be correct. In general it looks normal, but on some dates it shows impossible rapid movements and most recent chart values do not correspond to real data.
P.S. A week ago we had a virus attack and this table was restored. Can it be the cause of its strange behaviour

1. Check your source data and confirm it's correct.
2. Try starting the graph from scratch if not too time consuming, using the same data.
3. Upload a copy of the spreadsheet. If it contains proprietary information, you can substitute mock data into it to protect confidentiality.
Yes, it's possible the virus affected it: I am no virus expert but I do know they can cause all sorts of havoc I can't even imagine!

And if the date is in mmm-yy format, check the date of those months
if 1-jun-13 is there in one cell and 2-Jul-13 is there is another cell after dragging, chart may not be perfect
