I have a table and can't graph this one

Hi everyone, I am a bit familiar with Excel but need to produce a graph that shows the use of my daughters medication use. Since the start of her medication she is been using less and less medication and I would like to show the medicals and my daughter how well she is doing. However the format that is produced by the application that I use gives me problems. It is based on a taken or dismissed basis with the days all over the sheet. Could someone please have a look and hint where I should look or make one for me to dissect and learn from it.. I am willing to help others on a lot of other subjects..

I can see the time status as taken but status says "missed" ... how is that possible ?

See the attached file which shows the time difference between scheduled time and taken time.
I have converted all misses as a time gap of 24 hrs.. i.e next day (assumption)

See sheet1 for chart which show the time difference for each medicine

Thank you very much for the quick reply..
Having an appointment at the GP didn't contribute to my clarity of the question, the 3D graph I had in mind would show the medication in bars on a horizontal timeline per day. That way, the bars would be shorter towards the end and visually enhance the progress.. I have asked the developer of the app to include the doses of medication and if the could produce a table that would make it easier to produce such a table.. But I thank you so much for this example, it get's me started and I now realise that I have to learn the formula's , The missed cell could be because the once crashed on me..
