Chart by user defined dates

I am trying to create a graph where the user can determine what is being showed by entering a start date and end date on two cells. Is there a way to do this?

Start month_____
End month____

A B
1 Dec 12 15
2 Jan 13 20
3 Feb 13 13
4 Mar 13 12

Hi,
Please make the thread as solved if you got your answer

To mark your thread solved do the following:
- Go to the first post
- Click edit
- Click Advance
- Just below the word "Title:" you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
- Change to Solve
- Click Save
