2 Panes, Different Scale - 1 Heading Section Above, 1 Pivot Table Section Below

I have a daily report format as shown in the first picture.

The heading fits the width of the page when there are 6 value columns, however this will change constantly day today. This leads to the heading shrinking as shown in picture two if there are more than 6 (or the pivot table not reaching page edge if there are less)

Is there a way to scale the pivot table below and keep the heading a constant size?

I am sure this would be useful for others who are also looking to build a professional looking form around a pivot table with an unfixed width.
