Create spine combo chart challenge. Pic included - can this be done in Excel?

Hi, is it possible to recreate the attached chart (jpg) in Excel - I've been racking my brains for a while on this one.

Assume I have the percentile figures at 25% and 75%.

So far I've managed the one in the attached spreadsheet but it doesn't match the pasted pitcure. Basically I used a horizontal chart, reduced gaps and then added a second chart - but it plots it on 2nd vertical axis instead of horizontally (even when changing to scatter plot).

Thanks Deb, that should sort the first problem out but then I won't be able to plot a circle (or something else) over the top as a second chart to represent the local value?

I've solved this now using bar chart combined with scatter plot. Thanks for your help peeps.
