Using hidden cells for chart.

Hello!

I am writing a program to determine the drain time of an extended detention basin for stormwater engineering. I have roughly 16,000 embedded hydrographs (data pairs) that I would like to plot on a chart, however, to not overwhelm the user I have chosen to make the hydrograph data hidden in cells. The user can show the data by selecting a button that I have programmed into the workbook. My issue is when I try to plot the data while the cells are hidden the plot is blank. Is there a way to make a chart work when the data used is in a hidden cell?
