I am trying to validate data between two different pivot tables in Excel 2010. The two pivot tables have the same filters and the filters are in the same order. However, the pivot tables are pulled from two different data worksheets (with different number of rows). Therefore, not all of the data lines up perfectly. There are some instances where one pivot table has a value (or a blank) and the other pivot table has nothing and has appeared to "skip" a row. I am trying to find a way to force each pivot table to stay in line with the other. That is, if a pivot table does not have data for a certain filter I would like to have a blank cell (or something similar) to allow the data to match horizontally, with respect to the filter.
PLEASE HELP!
Thanks.
