Changing X axis label range automatically and Create line for today

Hi,

I have a Gantt Chart with data with the from the same spreadsheet. When I enter the new date ranges in the data I would like it to update on the chart. The Y -Axis comes from Column A and the X - Axis comes from column B. When I change information in column A it is reflected on the chart but when I change them in column B which are dates it does not change on the chart. How can I make this range automatically update? Second I would like to have a vertical line appear that goes from the date line of the chart on the top and it would represent the current date which is based on a field on the spreadsheet. I have attached the chart and the date field for the line is B1.

I almost got it but I had a problem with this UTube video.

Everytime that I opened the Format Data Series dialog box ctrl+ 1 when I selected the data it would not let me plot the series on the secondary axis. How do I change that so that box is not greyed out? Once I do that it should work.
