How to freeze selected cells and a chart, rather than rows or columns??

Hi,

I am looking to freeze some selected cells, as well as a generated chart.

All I can find are options to freeze entire columns, or rows, and not a selected area of cells

please advise.

you can't freeze anything other than entire rows/columns
