Dynamic Chart Not Changing (With Conditional Coloring)--Example Attached

So I'm trying to create a dynamic table with various vehicle types and condition codes and repair costs. I used the trick to color both the data labels and the bars different colors by the condition coding..so I have multiple different data series. I don't know if that's my problem. I dynamically named each column and made sure everything was formatted as a number..but still no help.

Trying to get it so when you filter by 'Cargo Van' the graph automatically changes to just plot Cargo Vans. Calculations are on automatic. Any ideas why the graph isn't changing? Thanks!

    You are plotting hidden data.

Use Select Data dialog, Hidden & Empty cells. Uncheck Display hidden data.

Also format the chart to not size/move with cells
