Need to chart both amount and percentage from a cell as total

I have some data that shows the total authorized widgets, how many are assigned, how many are available, how many are in-work, how many are elsewhere, how many are resting, and how many are otherwise unavailable. Is there a way I can set the vertical axis to change with the total authorized and the other fields then relate to that total. I also want to show the percentage of each either as a separate chart, but would prefer a combo. Any ideas.
