Prevent Graphs from auto populating dates not present in Table

I have a series of dates( Excluding weekends) but when i am creating a graph for these dates it is showing the weekends as well.( Which actually is not present in my table), is there a way around this?

Right click the dates on the X axis and select "format axis".
Then in the dialogue box that appears select "text axis" rather than "automatic".
