Square Root or Logarithmic Axes on a Scatter Plot

Hey guys, I am trying to plot data on a scatter plot with square root and/or log axes. I'm using Excel 2010 and I have played around with the logarithmic axis tool, but it seems to be very limiting. Here's a couple examples of what I am trying to do. SQRTgraphs.png Anyone have any ideas?

It is not immediately clear to me what specifically you are having trouble with. I would guess that, if the built in options available for the logarithmic axis are inadequate, you will want to use some of the techniques described by Jon Peltier.

In this one he creates an inverse temperature axis. The technique he uses for the inverse temperature axis may be useful. http://peltiertech.com/Excel/Charts/RecipAxisChart.html
