Custom Pivot Chart - Map 3 different properties

Hi all,

I have created a pivot table from some extensive data and need to create a pivot chart with 3 consistent axes of data from that table. The data is count value, and has properties of date, type1 and type2.

A similar fictitious table would be harvest of n types of fruits (say, apple, pear, banana) where we have data about how many fruits were harvested each month as well as whether the fruit collected was rotten , ok or excellent in quality.

So we have data about exactly what quantity of rotten, ok or excellent quality fruit of each variety (apples, pears or bananas) were harvested each month of the year and I want to chart this data.

I think one way I can chart this with clustered bars chart where each bar is a stacked column. But I have no idea how to create something like that, and the net has been disappointing me so far.

Any help on either, how to create clustered bar that are also individually stacked, or on a better way to easily visually represent this data, would be greatly appreciated.
