Scale part of Vertical Axis on a Graph?

    Hi all,

Is it possible to scale part of a vertical axis on a graph? If so, how?

Basically, i have one bit of data that has massively skewed my graph to the point where everything else on the graph is rather insignificant and useless. I'm trying to work around the idea of putting a max figure on the graph.

    Thanks

You can't use multiple scales as the chart would become meaningless.
What you can try is a logarithmic scale using different number bases

you can rescale the data and use tricks like this: http://www.andypope.info/charts/brokencolumn.htm
