Year to Year Monthly comparison

I'd like to create a Year to Year monthly comparison of dollars spent on our utilities (three years of data). I've got Excel set up with 3 columns, 2011, 2012, 2013; Rows with the 12 months of the year. How do I get the dollars to display as an axis instead of the default %? I'm using a 3-D Column chart.
