pivot table of frequency with multiple variables and multiple categorical values

Hello! I am trying to create a pivot table that will give me the frequency of the categorical values in multiple variables. But I can't seem to get the pivot table to give me the categorical values from the variables. To explain:

I have subjects that are divided by specialty... A, B, C. I have rated these subjects Good, Bad, Neutral for 36 performance variables. I am trying to get the pivot table to give me the frequency of the Good, Bad, and Neutral ratings for each variable for each specialty (I've attached an ideal table). I would like to be able to do this in bulk with all of the 36 variables. so far I've only been able to get what I want one variable at a time.

Any hints?

Did you ever figure out an answer to this? I'm trying to do the same thing and am hitting a wall.
