Stacked bar chart with stacked secondary axis markers - please help!

    Hello there,

Hoping someone on here can help me. I'm trying to create a stacked bar chart showing sales revenue for 9 customers, over 15 geographical areas with a customer service 'marker' for each customer in each area.

To try and describe the required layout: The sales revenue customer 'stacks' will run horizontonally left to right and each geographical area will be listed vertically on an x axis. Each customer in each geographical area has a customer service score between 0 and 100%. I need the customer service score to show as a marker x% of the way across that customer on each stack. For example if Customer 1 had a customer service level of 90% in Area 1, then the stack for Customer 1 in Area 1 would have a marker (diamond shape or a line?) 90% of the way across.

I hope this makes sense, it's not an obvious fix from the standard charts available. I can make a stacked bar chart with a secondary axis but I can only plot 1 CS score for each geoghraphical area, not 9 (one for each customer) as is required.

    I have attached an example.

    Many thanks

    Sara

You need to plot the markers as xyscatter series.

You also need to calculate the x values.

Thank you for this! This is exactly what I needed, much appreciated. I will now spend some time trying to understand how it's done, so I may be able to work it out for myself next time
