Can you have pivot table fields as slicers?

    Is this possible?

Instead of having the pivot table field box is there anyway you can have the field options as slicers instead? Purely for aesthetic reasons...

Slicers require a data source and therefore you have to have a Pivot table first before you can use Slicers. Then you can copy Slicers to another spread sheet.

your profile says 2007 so you can't have slicers at all ;-)

do you mean you want a slicer that works like the field list?
