Error Bars not showing up on Graph

Hi all,

Please refer to the attached excel spreadsheet. For Figure 2, the error bars will show for the 4-5 & 6-7 age groups, but they won't appear for the 8-9 age group. It has a custom value equation that appears in the first two groups but not in the third and I can't figure it out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
