Color Code Scatter data points

I'm new here. Was wondering if anyone knows how to color code scatter data points. Example chart attached

Given you have Excel 2013, take a look at PowerView. There is an excellent bubble chart visualisation tool available which I am sure will do what you want and more.

As your chart is not a true xy-scatter plot, due to the x values being text, you can use a pivot table/chart
