help with combined graph

I have this data

I built this chart

the problem is that MS_DD displayed on secondary axis...why? I want it to be on the primary, and need to remove the line and leave only the dots. how do i do it?!

In the attached reply ('Chart Example' tab)I've changed the MS_DD series chart type to an XY scatter to provide numerical values across the x axis. Is this what you require?

Yes, this is the result I want.

But the data is taken from database and very dynamic, what will happen if there are more\less tasks?
how can i determine the MS_DD Y values dynamically?

Unfortunately, using my method you would have to manually adjust the Y values if your data is dynamic, in order to line up the markers correctly. Other than VBA, the only option I can think of is to use error bars on the secondary axis, format them accordingly and make your data source for the chart dynamic, perhaps using the Table feature.
