How do a create a chart that changes as I change my date range?

I am currently creating a chart that is tracking our price trend. I have a cell that can change the date my price trend starts. How do I get my chart tied into the cell so that the previous date drops off of my chart?

How do I insert my spreadsheet so everyone can understand what I am looking for?

Ok I figured it out. I would like the chart to drop off all the dates that are before cell I2. Is this possible?
