Dynamic chart with 2 dropdown boxes

Hello,

I want to create a chart with 2 dropdown boxes, and the chart will automatically update its axes, depending on the values in these 2 dropdown boxes.

This is the data, and it shows how many hours the team members are spending each month on different tasks:

On another sheet I would like to have 2 dropdown boxes, in one I want to select a team member, and in the other a month, so I can see what each team member is doing in the particular month.

Anyone so nice to explain to me, step by step, how to do it?

Please note:

1. Ideally, no macros. Some company computers have them disabled for security reasons,
2. Team members will add more tasks by inserting new rows, so the dropdown box on the other sheet should update itself as well,
3. The months have to be every 2 columns (more data there, which I've removed for simplicity)
4. Excel 2010

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

Alright then, here we go. I didn't add the BEFORE and AFTER sheets, as I can't show what is the 'AFTER' - first post explains it.

If someone just could show me how to do it on this example, I will happily refer it back to my 'main sheet' on my own.
