Unable to sumif / vlookup product code in the Pivot table

Hi guys,

I just wanna check with you what's the reason that I couldn't do a SUMIF / VLOOKUP code which populated inside a pivot table?
Let's say I want to do a normal VLOOKUP / SUMIF the code of 11-818, which act as raw data, and is in the pivot table , and the outcome are always 0, #N/A, whatever outcome that is not right.

I will have to always do it outside the pivot table.....

Just wondering if this can be solve or what went wrong?

Without seeing the PT difficult to say. But due to the dynamic nature of a PT VLOOKUP on it's result might not be the best option...

Please refer to the attached screenshot , highlighted in yellow.

for example ANZ - WH 11-435-10, when I do vlookup for AH, it should return $12.9334, but somehow it returns 0

Let me know if you need spreadsheet, I will re-attach.
