Automatically plotting a grid depending on 2 different values.

Hi Guys,


I am in need of your expert excel knowledge. I'm trying to find out an automatic method to plot data into the attached table.


I have a massive list of data which has two fields, probability and impact. I want it to automatically to take only data above a certain value in both fields and then sort the data and put it into the relevant boxes.


I guess I would have to assign each box certain values?
