minimum, maximum and average help

hello everyone I have a question in regards to a pivot table that I am trying to get the minimum, maximum, and average from.essentially the pivot table has 12 managers on it and I need to get the minimum, maximum, average for each manager and their respective team members.right now the pivot table is set up with the highest manager followed by the next level manager followed by the team members under them.essentially I need the minimum maximum average based on the team member scores to roll up under each level of manager. We are going to use this to plot on a graph so I will need to be able to do that as an end results.
