I have a simple table similar to the example below:
TASK EFFORT(days) STATUS
Task1 5 In-Progress
Task2 3 Completed
Task3 4 In-Progress
Task4 5 In-Progress
Task5 1 Completed
Task6 7 In-Progress
Task7 9 Not-Started
Task8 2 Not-Started
Task9 6 Not-Started
I would like to acheive the following:
1. Have chart which shows all the tasks with a segment for each task representing effort
2. Have a second chart which shows just three segments, one each for Completed, In-Progress and Not-Started
3. Ideally, I would like to somehow be able to visualise which tasks have been completed
I can achieve 1 and 2 by creating separate tables. I cant work out how to create the second chart using just the original table, however, this isnt essential. I can not work out how to achieve point 3 at all. I am using Excel 2010.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
