Pulling out Top 10 from a Pivot Table.

Hi,

I have pivot table data (attached) and I would like to know, on Excel 2003, how to pull out in to other rows, two things:

1. How the Sum of the TOP 5 companies in 2012 has evolved over the last few years. i.e. this will bring the sum of the top 5 companies in 2012, and then find the sums of the those same 5 companies for the previous years.


2. How to find how the sum of the top 5 companies, in each year has evolved between 2007 and 2012. This will almost certainly refer to more than 5 companies in total, because the top 5 companies is likely to change yoy as they gain and lose market share.


It would be nice to do this intelligently instead of having to go through and sort the data for each year.
