Refernce to pivot table is an error when equal to 0

So I have 8 divisions within a pivot table. If one division happens to be empty for the month I want my reference for that total to be 0. But I get an error.
For example...
"=GETPIVOTDATA("Seller_Name",'Pivot Tables'!A79,"SITE","Response Division")"

yields "20".

But if for some reason there is nothing happening in that division this month it would yield "#REF".

How can I make this just say "0"?
